DELIVERY & PRODUCT POLICY

  1. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, please take picture/video and send it to us.
  2. Please contact the courier service for pickup or delivery arrangement if the delivery attempted failed.The parcel might be disposed by the courier service if it is not being self pickup at the posoffice. We will not refund or responsible for it.
  3. Our standard packaging include bubble wrap and corrugated box
  4. We do not guarenteed perfect box condition due to logisitic. Please arrange self pickup to avoid box damage by courier service.
  5. We do not responsible for any flaw, defects, painting issue and broken parts as all the products are original, new and sealed condition.
